Phil Reddin is a financial adviser with 26 years' operational experience in financial services. ACII, LIB, QFA qualified. She understands what it's like to use AI daily whilst carrying regulatory accountability for governing it. That operational perspective shapes everything we build.

Lynda Connikie brings over 20 years' experience providing white label infrastructure to investment banks such as Société Générale,  Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and Deutsche Bank. Based in London, Lynda ensures that Clarendon's AI solutions are not only technically sound but also commercially viable and market ready.

Together, we combine front line advisory experience with institutional infrastructure delivery. We understand both the operational reality of serving clients and the systems required to demonstrate regulatory accountability at scale.
